This message is for owners of a VCS-300LJ Pioneer rDrive OBD-II Vehicle Connectivity Device with an active rDrive connected services subscription. Please be aware that Pioneer will no longer offer renewal subscriptions for the rDrive service. All current subscriptions and corresponding rDrive connected services will remain unchanged and in effect for the balance of the subscription term.

If you have questions regarding your rDrive device, dates related to your current subscription term, or other rDrive service inquiries, please contact Pioneer Customer Service at www.pioneerelectronics.com/contactus or 1-800-421-1603. Pioneer representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), except during holidays.
