HANDS-FREE CALLING AND AUDIO STREAMING

Stay safe and obey local hands-free laws with built-in Bluetooth® (HFP). Easily pair a Bluetooth® enabled phone to the AVIC-Z140BH without having to go through complicated settings. When a registered Bluetooth® device is in close proximity to the receiver, the auto connection function automatically pairs the two units.

If you have a compatible audio player device that also features built-in Bluetooth®, you have the ability to wirelessly stream (A2DP) and control audio (AVRCP) to the receiver.

AppRadioLIVE simplifies your drive by combining the information you need during your commute into a single, simple to use interface. It’s YOUR digital lifestyle connected. It was specifically designed based on feedback from our current AppRadio customers and offers quick and easy access to personalized information needed in the in-vehicle environment including: Maps, Media, News and Calendar. AppRadioLIVE pulls content from many different sources and services which you likely already have an account with. All you have to do is download the FREE AppRadioLIVE app and sync your services. All you information saved on those accounts will be pulled into the AppRadioLIVE interface.

USB DIRECT CONTROL FOR iPOD®/iPHONE®

Pioneer's AVIC-Z140BH is ready to roll with direct connectivity to your iPod® or iPhone® for music and video via the optional USB interface cable (CD-IU51V cable sold separately). Song, artist, time and album information are beautifully displayed on the 7" touchscreen. Powerful searching tools such as Link Play and Alphabet Search to help you find content faster. The system's wired USB connection provides direct digital signal transfer from the device for clean, clear sound while providing 1 amp of current to keep your iPod®/iPhone® charged.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH

The AVIC-Z140BH features voice control for iPod audio and hands-free Bluetooth calling. Search by artist, album, or playlist on your connected iPod or call any of your phonebook contacts simply by using your voice. The voice control feature not only performs in-car tasks with greater speed, but helps you keep your eyes (and attention) on the road ahead.

NAVIGATE WITH CONFIDENCE

The AVIC-Z140BH offers a comprehensive map database from NAVTEQ® covering the entire United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, and Puerto Rico enabling users to route to millions of destinations including more than 12 million points of interest (POIs).

Partnering with Clear Channel Broadcasting Inc, our traffic tuner provides real-time traffic data for over 90 major cities in North America, including Canada. Check your commute route in advance or re-route to your destination to avoid traffic congestion. The ND-TMC10 is included with the AVIC-Z130BT and is an optional accessory for the AVIC-X930BT. There is no subscription cost and no annoying on-screen advertisements. With our traffic tuner, now you are ready to navigate stress-free!

There are 5 display modes that you can choose from: 2D, 3D, Street View, Rear View, and ECO Graph. In the AVIC-Z140BH 3D display mode, building landmarks are displayed in 3D for select cities. Your current position and route guide lines are highlighted in vivid color and visualized in 3D for clarity and instant recognition.

YOUR FAVORITE STATIONS ANYWHERE

Enjoy channels upon channels of commercial-free music, sports, talk, weather, traffic, and more! The AVIC-Z140BH is ready to accept a compatible satellite radio tuner so you can listen and control to your favorite stations wherever you go, direcly from the receiver touchscreen. Currently, Pioneer offers the GEX-P920XM add-on XM Radio Tuner (tuner and subscription sold separately) or the CD-SB10 SIRIUS Bus Interface for SIRIUS Satellite Radio (also requires SCC1 SiriusConnect Universal Vehicle Tuner and subscription that are both sold separately).

DUAL ZONE ENTERTAINMENT

The AVIC-Z140BH allows rear seat passenger to enjoy audio or video content on additional rear seat monitors and headphones, even while the front passenger and driver listen to audio from other sources or operate navigation functions simultaneously
